CLMC is a grassroots organization that only accepts money from individuals who are registered voters in Montgomery County. The amount we accept from our donors is capped at $250 annually. Being a Member Citizen is free, with only a nominal suggested donation. CLMC is a 501c(4) and donations are not tax deductible because of our political activities. CLMC does not donate to candidates, but rather seeks to influence with its people, not it’s dollars. With this in mind, our money is focused on engaging residents and organizing effective policy discussions.
